Sales Administrator. Location: Cavan/Longford. Role Type: Contract with genuine view to permanency. We are working with a leading manufacturing operation to secure a sales administrator with excellent customer service skills in a B to B environment. Role Duties. Ensuring all orders received are processed accurately and promptly upon receipt. Process customer orders and create shipping documents. Provide product information to customers. Complete diverse administrative tasks according to customer requirements. Ensure that all customer queries (order queries, stock situation, deliveries and invoices) are handled and resolved effectively and satisfactorily. Working as part of a team to achieve the highest customer service satisfaction rating possible. Requirements. 3rd level qualification is desirable with a minimum of 1 year's experience in a similar role. Fluent English Speaker. One or two other languages to include French, German desirable. Computer literate with experience of the Microsoft Office Suite, SAP experience would be an. advantage. Excellent multitasking ability. Good attention to detail.
