Customer Service Administrator. Language Required - German or French. Role Type: Permanent. Level - 1 to 2 years experience. My Client based in the Cavan area is seeking a sales/customer service administrator with languages to join their team. This role is commutable from parts of Monaghan. You will be responsible for providing customer service, sales/order administration and preparing shipping and transportation documents for customers. This is an excellent opportunity for a bubbly and confident customer service/sales administration to gain experience within a busy office environment. This is not a call centre environment and you will work within a small team structure within a manufacturing environment. Duties. -Dealing directly with customers by telephone. -Answering business customer's queries and responding to queries. -Raise Purchase Orders and prepare Shipment documentation. -Liaise with Customers regarding delivery dates. -Working as part of a team to achieve the highest customer service satisfaction rating possible. -Developing a strong understanding of the business and the products/services on offer. -Adhering strictly to data protection and confidentiality laws. The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years experience within a customer service/sales role with excellent customer service skills and good attention to detail.
