Sales Support - French. Role Type: Permanent. Role Location: Cavan. This client is a leading engineering provider in the Cavan area with links into a wider global group. Due to a long standing staff member moving onwards, they are now seeking to hire a French speaking customer service agent as a replacement. The client will look at non native speakers as long as there is a high level of language proficiency. You will work with a small team and your duties will be split across customer service and sales administration follow up. A confident and energetic approach is required. The candidate must be good at handling multiple clients and have very good customer relation skills. The ability to communicate confidently with all areas of an organisation (Production, Post Production, Despatch, Engineering etc.). The ideal candidate will possess excellent organisational, time management & be comfortable with working in a fast paced & often pressurised environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES: • Managing a portfolio of International Key Account customers. • Proactively looking after their day to day needs. • Daily activities include preparing : o Sales Quotation preparation. o Sales Order Processing. o Coordination of Customer Shipments. o Customer Invoicing. o Daily Co-ordination with Sales, Production, Accounts & Despatch. o Customer Complaints Handling. o Maintaining Customer Data in various in house & Customer systems. The ideal candidate. Ideally 1-2 years in a customer services role, with experience of effectively managing the demands of key account customers. Very good Communication skills, verbal and presentational are therefore important.Written & spoken fluency in French language is essential. Experience. Ideally 1-3 years' operating in a Business to Business Customer Services Role, preferably in an exporting capacity. Ability to use Excel for reporting & analysis purposes.
