Free meals on duty. About the Job: Working as the Conference and Banqueting Manager in this 4* hotel, you be an excellent leader and have impeccable standards. The successfull candidate will have at least two years Management experience in a similar position. You will be responsible for the monitoring and training of all staff. You will liaise with the Deputy Manager/Sales conferencing events and ensuring everything is prepared and delivered to a high service on the day. Ensure adequate coverage of employees and effective holiday control.
