Job Title: Accommodation Supervisor. Location: Cavan. Salary: €23,000 - €24,000. Facility: 4* Hotel. Benefits: Training and Development. Attractive Salary. Advancement Opportunity’s. About the Job: To greet all guests and ensure their needs are the main priority. To liaise with relevant departments to ensure guest expectations are met. Assist the Accommodation Manager with special requests. Maintain appropriate standards of conduct, dress, hygiene, uniforms, appearance and posture of all department employees. Attend to guest complaints or feedback to ensure guest needs are met in a timely and cost effective manner. Conduct training of new employee’s. Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
