Our Client requires a highly PC literate & customer focused individual to work in their Export Sales Office as a Customer Services Representative. This is initially a 3-6 month contract. The Role : You will be managing a portfolio of International Customer Accounts, proactively looking after their day to day needs. The role will involve : Processing Sales Orders, arranging customer shipments, sales invoicing, pricing and data management and complaint handling. It will be necessary to have an excellent telephone manner and great attention to detail. The ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively is essential. Experience/Skills Required : Previous experience in Sales Order Processing, Internal Sales, Customer Service, Administration. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
