Matrix Recruitment is currently recruiting a Supply Chain Specialist for a FMCG company based in Co. Longford. As the Supply Chain Specialist , you will be responsible for leading the implementation and development of an ERP system across the planning, purchasing and warehouse function . You will also assist in the supply chain team in planning, and purchasing. This is an 18-month contract job. You will report into the Supply Chain Manager. Salary: €50k + Key Duties: ERP systems implementation - working with IT department and external consultants in the development and implementation of planning, purchasing and warehousing functions. Train staff on the ERP system. Planning – responsible for the co-ordination of production planning activities to optimise material flow and processes in support of internal and external customer needs. Experience required. 3-5 years plus experience in planning, purchasing, and supply chain within a high-volume manufacturing environment. Experience in the implementation of an ERP system. A relevant degree related to Supply Chain is preferable. Experience in planning and inventory processes. Excellent planning & analytical skills are required.
