Project Co-coordinator. Sector: Construction. Job Type: Permanent. Location: Cavan. Role Level - Mid Level. You will be responsible for the smooth. operations of one department , ensuring that the. team will have all the necessary tools,equipment. and job information to initiate all site works. ensuring that the jobs deliver on time and within. budget You will be supported by an. administration and Health & Safety Team .This. role would suit a site foreman or supervisor with. very strong coordination skills or someone that. wants to set their career on track within project. management. Key Duties & Responsibilities: ü Oversee all commercial aspects of the projects managing, motivating and supporting all field engineers on daily activities ensuring jobs are on target and on budget. ü Manage contracts/projects ensuring client satisfaction. ü Tendering & costing small to large projects. ü Preparing Programme of works and scheduling of same. ü Ensuring Health and Safety compliance on site along with Quality Control. ü Procurement of Construction materials and delivery scheduling. Key Duties & Responsibilities: ü This role would be suitable for somebody that has had previous experience managing or supervising projects / site operatives from within the construction, utilities or water industry. ü This role will be office based with occasional site visits.
