Maintenance Technician. Bottling Plant. Location - Cavan/Monaghan Border. Maintenance Technicians required for a FMCG facility in the Monaghan/Cavan Border, this is also commutable from part of Co Louth. This role is based in a very fast paced production facility and is across a 24/6 roster for now, it will change to a more favourable pattern in 6 - 9 months. A relevant qualification is essential together with a good level of fault finding and repair of mechanical and electronic problems on a modern machinery in a busy industrial facility. Previous experience in a bottling/fast paced facility will be highly regarded. Service machinery will include conveyors, water boilers, fillers, labellers etc. Work closely with the engineering team to rectify faults in a timely manner. To provide mechanical and electrical maintenance support in a high speed bottling facility. 3rd part contractor liaison. Maintain maintenance documentation and utilisation of preventative maintenance systems. Drive and improve maintenance programs. Requirements. Candidates must have a third level qualification in mechanical engineering or time served, with manufacturing experience. Process engineering experience will be highly regarded.
