This is a hands-on role and the successful candidate will have excellent organisational and people management skills. This position is responsible for maximizing the generation of revenues, through rate check reports, and upselling activities, and will prepares front office forecasts and budgets. This position will concentrate on Front Office and delivery of exceptional customer service. Previous experience of managing and developing a busy front desk along with excellent training skills are essential for this demanding role.
