Currently looking for CNC turner Setter and Operators with Medical,Aerospace and/orAutomotive experience. Due to continued expansion our clients now requires experienced CNC lathe setters and programmers to join their busy production departments. You will have experience in a production environment, experience in using sliding head machines, be used to working to high levels of accuracy and productivity and have a good understanding of quality management systems and procedures such as ISO9001 & ISO14001. CNC Programming,Doosan,Ozaki orsimilar. CNC Setting -Full set ups + offsets. Finishing (Hand deburring, linishing and polishing etc. Inspection (Inspection to 1st off level. Specific skill set: An organised approach & excellent time management. Self-motivated,Team player. Excellent accuracy & attention to detail.
