About the job: The ideal manager will have 3+ years’ experience as a restaurant manager in a similar setting. Ability to maintain and manage existing strong control measures , training systems to ensure staff are trained to their full potential, labour costs and operational costs in line with projected business. Other factors include cost control, profit management and business development.
